A small apartment in Jerusalem was owned by an Israeli citizen who had lived abroad for long time. He decided to sell it, but had no time to come to Israel to arrange a sale. We found a purchaser for him, who also lived abroad.

After the sale we made a total renovation of the apartment, including elements of Green Building, and then supervised execution of the work. 

 

With the renovations, the rental price of the apartment increased by 25%. Taking into account the fact that in Israel there are no taxes on this type of rental, the owner’s annual rental yield on the property investment is 6%, and the sale value of the apartment increased by about 58% over a period of 20 months.

* The purchaser, who made a good and fast return on his investment;
