Chaim qualified as a Building Engineer at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, where he also studied Architecture, and subsequently gained several years on-site experience in Cape Town prior to moving to Israel 1977.

He has worked as a Building Consulting Engineer and Project Manager in Israel for close to 40 years, on projects ranging from domestic renovations, single family homes and housing developments, to large commercial, public and institutional buildings.  

In recent years Chaim has focused on the domestic market, providing professional supervision and coordination of renovations and remodeling from initial design through the construction phase and moving in. 

Chaim personally provides a highly professional service of engineering inspections and surveys for specific problems in buildings or apartments (damp, structural, etc) and comprehensive inspections prior to the purchase of a pre-owned property as well as snagging/punch lists prior to the handover of apartments in new construction.

As a registered Engineer in Israel Mr. Milun is recognized by the Courts, and as such can appear as an expert witness representing clients who have encountered an insurmountable problem with their developer or builder, and have reluctantly turned to litigation.
