At GAIA we will provide you with high-level Professional Services in the fields of Architectural Design and Town Planning, for all scales of projects, with an emphasis on "Green", energy & resource efficient design.

One may wonder why we mention Town Planning services here in, but in Israel many aspects of construction (allowed built area, building height, number of floors & number of dwelling units, etc., on each registered parcel of land) are governed by legally binding Master Plan Regulations.  However, it is often possible to change the Master Plan for specific projects, especially where the Master Plan in force is an old one, and this comes under Town Planning services, separate from building design.

We work personally with clients from the very initial stages of understanding their needs, requirements, and dreams, through the design process from alternative concepts, design development and determination, project detail design, to contractor selection, project tendering, and construction supervision.
