
Valentina Nelin

Valentina is a registered lawyer in Israel, specialising in property and environmental protection law, providing property purchase contract and registration services for a wide variety of clients.
Valentina also has a degree in environmental architectural design, and she has been working in the field of Green Building and Sustainable Planning in Israel for the past 15 years. She acts as Design Consultant for certification of building projects according to the Israeli Green Building Standard 5281, and originally participated in development of this standard (Israel Standard 5281) on behalf of the Ministry of Environment.
She is author of text-books: “Ecological Planning” and “Construction Law” (in Hebrew).
She has participated as planner/designer/consultant in a number of significant Green Building Projects in Israel, including:
Agnon 11 residential project, Jerusalem, (Outstanding Green Building Project)
Renovation of historical Han al-Umdan, Acre
General Plan for Pat Intersection, Jerusalem
Wild Flower Sanctuary and Visitors Centre, Jerusalem
