A second-floor 3 room apartment, in a 1960's building in the German Colony, was completely gutted, redesigned and rebuilt to high current standards, maintaining good connection to the quiet green street with a glass-balustraded south facing balcony to the living space. 

Internal finishing uses natural light (maple) wood, glass and aluminium, with light coloured ceramic flooring, to achieve a light, airy and comfortable atmosphere, enhanced with special xenon vertical strip light features, in 'hidden' niches, giving a soft, special night-time ambiance.
